Thank you for creating an account with Taxi. Below is some information and rules regarding our app. This app is meant to save you time by requesting the nearest taxi to pick you up directly. No more walking to the streets in the heat or rain.
No more waving your hand on the street until a taxi finally pulls over. The average time to get a taxi on the street is 15 minutes. Our app will provide a taxi service straight to your current location. This app will simply send a taxi to your current location at your home or anywhere else, while you stay in the comfort indoors by the AC or heat, the driver is diligently making his way to pick you up.
This app gives you access to rides at all times, consider it a personal concierge service!
Important
- Once you have created your account, you must accept to share your location so the driver knows where to pick you up.
- You must also turn on your notifications so the driver can communicate to you when they have arrived at your pickup location.
- When the driver picks you up, you must then negotiate with the driver on your own accord and let them know your destination.
- Cancel to many taxi’s and you will be temporarily banned from using the app.
- You may contact the driver anytime using our built-in chat function or voice chat.
- Harassing, or mistreating taxi drivers is strictly prohibited, and could result in a permanent ban from using our app.
- If a driver shows up in any vehicle that is not a taxi, please report this incident immediately.
- We do not claim responsibility or handle transactions between the driver and passenger.
- We do not claim responsibility for lost or stolen items.
