Driver rules
Thank you for creating an account with Taxi. As a driver, you are a valued member of our service. You will no longer have to constantly drive to find passengers, as this application will provide you with the passengers closest to you.
The app will also show you where there are many ride requests in a certain area, so you can go there and get more passengers. This app is meant to save you time, money, gas, and most importantly, give you a steady flow of passengers. All of our services are aimed at improving your livelihood and making your work more productive.
Rules
- Please be cordial to all your passengers as reports of harassment will result in being banned from our services. You will not be able to receive passengers with this application.
- Make sure your account is updated with driver’s license number, car license plate number and photo to avoid being banned from our service.
- You must offer fair prices to your passengers.
- Only accept rides when you do not currently have a passenger, as our riders must be picked up in a timely manner.
- You can report a passenger at any time if there is any type of misconduct; We will take the necessary precautions to guarantee you the best possible service and a productive environment.
- You can chat with our support team at any time and we will be sure to get back to you and resolve any issues you may have.
